Cons for the site itself is lots of turnover mainly because of attendance issues with new workers, a majority of workers influence carelessness, fair amount of overtime usually 10 hour days or Saturdays, voluntary overtime oftentimes gets flipped to mandatory with short notice for hire-ins, CEO was chill but the production managers come with whips for no reason as jobs were getting done well ahead of time, QC was strict.ĭefinitely worth it to somebody who wants a rather light duty job in a clean environment for decent pay in Mentor, people looking to enter a manufacturing setting, or those looking for a quick paycheck with an immediate start. I left because of the cons with the business itself - no PTO, not many floaters or vacation, strict point system.

Saw it had changed majorly when I came back early this year the pay has been significantly increased to above satisfaction for the workload, 3rd shift is easy to get along with, lots of opportunities for advancement, my supervisor would handle situations properly, free lunches on Wednesdays. First time I was here years ago, it was insanely upbeat for the low pay back then and lots of drama, very hard to see a future. It is actually a very good place to work for this locality as of lately, mainly for the pay and low workload per covid. I’ve worked here two different times and I only left for personal reasons both times.
